Product Description
Chickpeas are dry seeds of leguminous plants which are rich in fiber and protein. Russian chickpeas, which are used extensively in hummus and falafel production, have the ability to absorb more water compared to many other other origins. It provides an advantage to producer companies due to their competitive prices compared to other origins. Russian chickpeas are between 6-7mm and there is no fixed size classification.
