Corporate history
Founded in 1920; Western bulbs were introduced to Japan, and bulb production and cut flower cultivation began.
1934; The company name is changed to "Yamato Noen"
1944; Due to the war, seed control was implemented and the Nara Prefecture Seed Control Company was born.
1946; After war quickly published a catalog in Japan and resumed business
1969; The vegetable seed division will be spun off into ‘Yamato Noen’, and the flower bulb and seed division will be spun off into Hana Yamato.
2020; The company celebrates its 100th anniversary.
