A family-run enterprise, Achill Island Sea Salt was established in 2013 and was motivated by the island's long-forgotten salt-making heritage. Started making sea salt in our family kitchen the old-fashioned way. In September 2016, in response to steadily increasing demand, relocated to a specially modified facility in Bunacurry, Achill Island. This change gives the opportunity to boost production and grow from a regionally-based small firm to a nationally renowned, award-winning brand.
Produce great-tasting, clean, and natural Irish sea salt using a blend of sustainable traditional and modern methods.
