Adega a Coroa, S.A.T.

-Established in 2002. Family winery, sensible modern viticulture, taking advantage of the Godello varietal’s personality and always in search of quality; this, convinced that wine comes primarily from the vineyard, is the philosophy that drives our work at A Coroa.
-Located in Galicia, right at the heart of Valdeorras´ region, A Coroa Winery was erected in the 18th century in a magical place, rising out of a crown-shaped promontory that gives it its name. Built on the ruins of an ancient Roman fort and surrounded by vineyards, where there still flourish vestiges of its history.
-Always looking for the maximum quality and naturalness of the Godello, in A Coroa we have the most modern winemaking equipment: manual sorting table, pneumatic press, tanks provided with automatic cooling, peristaltic pump and micro-filtration equipment.
-Vineyards are made up of seven plots, meticulously selected among the best in Valdeorras, where a good south-southwest orientation is combined with a studied microclimate that guar-antees the optimal maturation of the Godello variety.
