Founded in 1973. Mary and Alexander Duff SNR started by subleasing fillets her table and smoked fillets and haddocks on part shift. Since 1990, his sons Paul and Xander have taken over the management of the company, leaving his sons Hayden and Owen to run the company along with his 38 employees. We supply customers in the UK and Europe. Since 2012, our local business, Blue Flag Seafoods, has been supplying restaurants, hotels and fish and chip shops in the North East of Scotland. The fresh fish shop adjacent to the factory stocks the fish five days a week for the general public.
