- Expect the growers to maintain Ethical Trading Practices, as well as their GLOBAL G.A.P certification.
- Develop and secure a supply base for a range of fresh produce for export to selected customers.
- The fresh produce will come from growers who have achieved the required standards of food safety existing in the EU, UK, Global G.A.P, and SA legislation and the norms of responsible business practice.
- Airfreight supply from self-controlled on-airport facilities.
- The facility comprises of 4 cold rooms totaling 700 m² - which can each run separately and under varying temperature regimes, depending on product requirement. This facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) has a separate dedicated inspection room within the facility for daily inspections - to ensure that quality, packaging, and other standards are maintained.
