Six generations of farmers have worked in the Central Valley at Alpine Pacific Nut Co., Inc. The knowledge, experience, and tradition that bind Catherine and John Mundt to those who have come before provide a common foundation. They encounter the same difficulties and go through the same orchards as the Hendley family members who established the bar, including David Hendley, Catherine's father.
More than 75 million pounds of walnuts are processed annually now. The volume has continuously increased since they entered the processing and marketing industries, enabling them to have a stable inventory throughout the year.
