- Began activities in 1989, with the company's first boat specialized in shrimp trawling sailing from Puerto Deseado, province of Santa Cruz.
- Growth has been continuous ever since, incorporating the capture and processing of diverse species of marine fauna offshore.
- Has 8 outrigger trawlers and 2 squid fishing boats operating in the Argentine sea; a processing plant and cold storage chambers in the town of Puerto Deseado; and refrigeration facilities with a total volume of 10K m³.
- Produces about 4,000 T of squid/year and 10K T/year of shrimp frozen on board.
- Export products to China, the European Community, Japan, and the United States.
