The absolute most popular of our cream cheeses is the traditional, Lynx-type egg cheese. Great for dined salads, either on its own or heated, or even fried in a pan. Good also on bread.

Raaka-aineet: Pastöroitu täysmaito, piimä, kananmuna, sokeri, suola. Ingredients: Pasteurized whole milk, sour milk, eggs, sugar, salt. Ravintoarvot/nutrient content 100 g: Proteiini/protein 20 g, rasva/fat 18 g, josta tyydyttynyt 11 g, suola/salt 1.2 g, hiilihydraatite/carbohydrate 7 g, josta sokereita 2.7 g, energia/energy KJ 998, Kcal 239. Lisäaineeton/no additives. Valmistettu homogenoimattomaan maitoon/product is made to milk that has not been homogenized.
