The story starts one hundred years ago when the founding family moves to the town of Dumont, where they have been working with peanuts ever since, creating a family with a long history of consuming the grain.

The first company established was the Balsamo Cereal Company. The development of the Balsamo Candy Industry took five years. The Rockitas and Rockitos product lines were developed in remembrance of grandfather Roque, from whom everything originated.

We are a leader in food production in the country, processing 10 tons of peanuts daily on average while utilizing cutting-edge methods that enable the best grains to be chosen.
