Bodega Niño de la Salina

-Established in 1986 by the brothers Francisco and Andrés Fontalba Capote, located in Almargen, between the Sierra de Cañete and Sierra Zorrito. The dedication is complete, with a spirit of continuous improvement, with the adaptation of the latest technologies but maintaining the traditional essence in order to produce wine with a unique flavor.
-The vineyards are located in the north of the province of Malaga, in the town of Almargen, bordering the provinces of Seville and Cádiz, in an ideal land to offer a high quality of wine.
- 35 hectares of vineyards and a dozen varieties of grapes, with which they make their wines.
-The harvest is normally carried out in the middle of September and can vary depending on the ripeness of the grape. It should be noted that the collection is done by hand and is transported in a box, thus maintaining all the properties of the grape.
Varieties: Sauvignon blanc, Muscat with small grain (Moorish), Pedro Ximenez, Doradilla. For the production of red wine they have the following varieties: Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Tempranillo and Graciano.
