- Has a total vineyard area of 11 hectares with grape varieties grown such as Tannat, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Bonarda grapes for red wines, meanwhile for white wine is Riesling, Albariño and Chardonnay.
- To produce increased colour concentration and rich polyphenols, grapes in the vineyards are destemmed by hand, assuring careful treatment and preventing the presence of stems in the wine.
