Bodegas Arrayán

- Established in 1999, located in the northwest of the province of Toledo.
- Has 26 hectares of vineyards located between 470 and 510 meters of altitude.
- Grapes are mainly harvested manually, in 20 kg crates, and then transported to the winery, which is very close to the vineyard.
- Various types of French oak casks are used for ageing, as they are the ones best suited to Arrayán's wines. Cask size and age depends on the needs of each wine.
- Winery capacity: 292.000 litres. Vats: 238.000 litres, Casks: 52.200 litres.
- Varieties: Albillo Real, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Garnacha.
- Designation of Origin: D.O.P. Mentrida.
