-Established in 1950. The first aspect that we focus on in the philosophy of making wines prioritizing the use of old vineyards, because we believe that the balance of production achieved in them is unsurpassed.
-The depth of its roots, the volume of soil explored and its own self-control in vegetative vigor, lessen the influence of the growing conditions that can occur year after year, and provide greater complexity in the first place to the grapes and, finally, to to the wines.
-This approach does not exclude the importance of new plantations, since they assure us of maintaining the quality standards of wines in the future, but the entire planting and cultivation process is thoroughly studied by the winery's staff, so that the vineyard to develop in a balanced way and perfectly integrated into its natural environment.
