The winery is located in the city of Morata, called "Licinia" during Roman times, located in the DO Vinos de Madrid, one of the most outstanding and interesting wine regions in Spain.Their mantra is "no compromises". In a cool little room with 180 barrels, the focus is on the hard work and effort required to make something great - a perfect homage to the soil and soul of Madrid.
- They use technology fot the wine production: the ULISES SYSTEM , which controls the vinification processes in automated containers, eliminating the intervention of tools or high-impact substances.
- 9 of the 12 Michelin-starred restaurants in Madrid have this wine on their main wine list.
-Qualified as "the best red wine in Spain" in a blind tasting held at ENOFORUM 2009, where 50 European winemakers and sommeliers evaluated more than 200 brands of Spanish wine.
