CACIAL - Cooperativa Agrícola de Citricultores do Algarve, C.R.L.

- Established in 1964 as an Agricultural Cooperative of Citricultores from Algarve, C. R. L. (CACIAL).
- Recognized as a Producers' Organization on February 15, 1995, with jurisdiction for the entire Algarve Province, putting Algarve citrus fruit on a level of excellence with the recognition of the Protected Geographical Indication (IGP).
- Today has 200 producers/cooperants, all with Integrated Production certification in more than 1200 ha of orchards, delivering 28K MT of citrus per year.
- Exports to several countries in North America, South America, Europe, and Africa.
