Artisanal coffee roaster Cafés Marc was founded in 1945. Up until 2015, Mr. Lair's family-run business had its headquarters in the Calvados neighborhood of Caen. Following Mr. Lair's retirement in September 2015, en Sold by Café And Co' Torréfaction has taken over the Internet operation. Fourth generation owner Marine Laire, a roaster's daughter, granddaughter, and great-granddaughter, took over the company. In Honfleur, his great-grandfather began roasting in the 1930s. With more than 80 years of experience in the quality coffee and tea industry, our company places a premium on product expertise and client satisfaction.

The company's online presence has been maintained by Gilles Bézirard, Master Artisan Coffee Maker since 2003, since September 2015. He uses traditional coffee recipes. To provide you with the greatest products at the lowest prices, they choose our products from a variety of suppliers, including gourmet coffees, great origins, or house blends, as well as plain or flavored teas, black teas, green teas, and even red teas.
