On the exposed west coast of Vancouver Island in British Columbia is our peaceful, isolated village of Bamfield. We strive to provide you with the highest quality kelp products, sustainably harvested from the clean, cold waters of Barkley Sound in the Pacific North West, an area with the world's richest kelp flora that is free of industrial and urban pollutants. 

The environment and lifestyle have enabled us to develop Canadian Kelp into a quality company run by dedicated individuals. The Canadian Kelp Resources team is appreciative that we are operating on traditional Huu-ay-aht First Nations land.
