- Established in 1991, a subsidiary of one of the world's largest grain traders. In Ukraine specializes in the production and trade of grain and oilseeds, processing of sunflower seeds and soybeans.
- Main products are wheat, barley, maize, sunflower seed, rapeseed, soybean, sunflower oil, sunflower seed meal, and mixed fodder.
- Owns an oilseeds crush plant, a feed mill plant, and two silos.
- Has port terminal for transshipment of grain with the capacity of 5 MMT/year.
