- The winery was established in 1920 and is based in Bonnieux, France. - At the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, we have two territories with Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC): Luberon and Ventoux. - The annual production of the Bonnieux cellar fluctuates between 35,000 and 40,000 hectolitres, with 35% AOC Luberon , 35% AOC Ventoux, 25% Vin de pays and 5% Table wine. - The Bonnieux winery chose very early to take the environment into consideration by acquiring in 1996 a completely autonomous wine effluent treatment station.
