- A family wine estate owned by the Soubie family for 4 generations. - Produces Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, organic wine, Crémant de Bordeaux (sparkling), dry white Entre Deux Mers, and clairet rosé. - Cultivates 55 ha of clay-limestone vineyard. - Vineyard arranged with the grape varieties of Merlot (50%), Cabernet Franc (30%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%). - Currently replanting some areas at a density of 4,000 vines/ha with aims to increase production area to 56 ha. - Annual production capacity of 400,000 bottles. - HVE-3, Agriculture Biodynamique, and Terra Vitis certified.
