- A wine estate in the Sainte-Foy Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. - Produces 5 red wines and 4 Bordeaux white wines. - Cultivates 40 ha of gravel-clay-limestone vineyard with planting density of 6,000 vines/ha. - 30 ha of vineyard dedicated to the red grape varieties of Merlot (66%), Cabernet Franc (30%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (4%). - 10 ha of vineyard dedicated to the white grape varieties of Sauvignon Blanc (60%), Semillon (30%), Sauvignon Gris (5%) and Muscadelle (5%). - Vinification takes place in stainless steel and wood vats; Wine aged in oak barrels (33% new) for 18 months. - Annual production capacity of 16,500 bottles.
