Summary
-Established in 1980 when Régis inherited a small vineyard from his father and since then he has been single-mindedly expanding the property, investing in new equipment and improving the quality of his wines. He now owns nine hectares of Margaux vineyard on some of the best well-drained land and his efforts were duly rewarded when Mongravey was included in the new Bordeaux classification.
-The first blend, the Margaux Cuvée 3D 2003 won a Gold Medal at the International Wine Challenge in London. An impressive feat considering that it was one of the hottest years on record, which provides many a viticultural challenge.
