It all starts with the selection of raw materials. The vine is an
extremely versatile and varied plant that requires special
attention to ensure excellent results. Our attention is
particularly focused on biodynamic and organic, but we are
aware that these are not the only paths that lead to the
creation of a quality and environmentally friendly product. At
C&I we study the production chain of every single product we
sell by visiting the vineyards several times during the year and
ensuring compliance with strict standards to not damage the
environment
