Sri Lankan “King Coconut” named as “Golden Nut of Sri Lanka” is native to Sri Lanka. It called as Thambili (Cocos Nucifera). It has a distinctive water inside of this beautiful nut which indulge the thirst but less in sugar and high in taste. It is giving a rich source of B-complex vitamins, amino acids, and electrolytes. The minerals like potassium, sodium, magnesium, chloride, calcium, and phosphate are also in this magical water.
