On May 15, 1971, the Presidente Getulio, Lontras, Rio do Oeste, Ituporanga, and Pouso Redondo cooperatives merged to form Clavil - Cooperativa Regional Agropecuária Vale do Itajaí. A powerful project with great success has begun. The city of Rio do Sul was chosen as Cravil's headquarters because of its geographical location. Today, the cooperative has 4,000 members and is ready to serve rural residents in over 40 communities. 55 units, 37 produce stores, and supermarkets, and 17 units receive and process grain and milk. In Ituporanga, Bom Retiro, Serra dos Índios, Petrolândia, Rio do Sul, Vidal Ramos, Palmeira, and Santa Terezinha, Cravil maintains soybean and maize production. In the units of Ascurra, Ilhota, Benedito Novo, Rio do Oeste, Mirim Doce, Rio do Sul, and Pouso Redondo, cooperatives accept rice production.
The rice processing operations are located in the Pozo Redondo Unit and the Clavir Milk Reception Unit is located in the City of Aurora. The Rio do Sul headquarters is home to Cravil's seed processing division, the cooperative's feed mill, and a distribution center responsible for receiving, warehousing, and distribution, supplying all his Cravil's farm shops and supermarkets in the state. At Trombudo Central, Cravil is building a multifunctional unit with a grain receiving and industrialization unit, an agricultural material storage and distribution center, an animal feed mill, and a new joint technology center. This is how Clavir solidifies its growth step by step. Growth is made by many hands. 50 years of Clavile. A story of trust.
