- A small family-run fish processing company established in 1987 based in Aberdeen, in the North East of Scotland.
- Frozen products include IQF haddock skinless and boneless fillets, blast frozen smoked haddock, smoked coley, and squid while fresh products include haddock, whiting, cod, coley, hake, lemon sole, plaice, and pollack.
- Currently produce around 4,500 kg of fillet/day sold as frozen, fresh, portioned, or smoked depending on the customer's requirements.
- All fillet products are done by hand by expert filleting staff trained to do all types of cut.
