- A meat production facility based in Paarl, Western Cape. - Produce a wide range of flavourful, high-quality cold meats, patties, and sausages. - Operates 3 large cold rooms in the production facility to hold raw products as well as a large cooking room to move products swiftly through the factory. - Has own quality controller for each production line to oversee the manufacturing and flow of products on the casing lines. - Vacuum seal products into a range of quantities and sizes. - Has refrigerated units serviced every 500 hours to maintain the cold chain and are sanitized prior to loading to ensure cleanliness.
