A communal appellation created in 1944. -Each year, we present some of our Chablis wines at competitions and tastings: LITTLE CH A BLIS 2020 (Gilbert & Gaillard Gold Medal), PETIT CH A BLIS LA PERLE 2020 (Gilbert & Gaillard Gold Medal), CH A BLIS 2020 (Gilbert & Gaillard 90 points), CH A BLIS 1ER CRU V A UCOUPIN 2020 (World Women's Competition Gold Medal), BOURGOGNE BL A NC 2020 (Gilbert & Gaillard Gold Medal), etc. -The production area is currently 1562 hectares. The maximum allowable yield is 60 hectolitres per hectare. -Domaine Millet produces Petit Chablis whose grapes come from the vines of a plot of 9 hectares in one piece, in the town of Poilly sur Serein. -Chablis is a communal appellation instituted in 1938, with 4,420 hectares plantations. -Chablis Premier Cru was born in 1938, with area of 745 hectares and the maximum allowable yield is 58 hectolitres per hectare. -Chablis Grand Cru represents 100 hectares (or 2% of the total area of the Chablisian vineyard), with maximum yield is 54 hectoliters per hectare.
