- Established in 1993, specializes in the cultivation of grain crops, oilseeds, and livestock farming.
- Has landbank area of 3600 ha.
- Grows wheat, maize, barley, soybeans, peas, rapeseed, sunflower seed, buckwheat, and sugar beet.
- Livestock farming is represented by dairy and meat cattle. Total 2000 heads of cattle, including 800 heads of a dairy herd.
- Mostly focuses on domestic market with some export sales via local traders.
