They set out with the intention of reviving the flavor of youth in traditional Croatian pastries. All of it began with family recipes, ingredients from the Mediterranean and hand manufacturing.
The practically extinct pepper-and-honey biscuit (paprenjak), the fig cake (smokvenjak), which they combined with lavender, almonds, and oranges, as well as carob, were all restored to their clients. Lavander, figs, oranges, almonds, and carob may be found in delectable biscuits, chocolates, and jams, which are all hand-made from a special combination of local ingredients.
