- Established in 2007, a pioneer of one-of-a-kind subsea winemaking, located in the Basque Coast. - Produces red, white, and rosé wines made from the grape varieties of Colombard, Ugni Blanc, Grenache, Ekigaïna, Arinarnoa, and Tannat. - Vinification takes place under the sea to make use of thermodynamics and stable temperature at 11-13 degrees. - Exports to Belgium and Japan to name a few.
