El-Bostan Group

The extra-white In-shell peanut is the most famous product among El-Bostan Group peanut assortment. Grown in our own farms, we can assure full traceability, bright pod color and aflatoxin control.

El-Bostan Group in-shell peanuts are widely used in European markets for in-shell roasting. Processing begins with separating foreign material (primarily soil, vines, stems, and leaves) from the peanut pods using a series of screens and blowers. The sorting process is performed using specialized electro-optical equipment in addition to manual HPS (Hand-picked Selection) process before packaging.
