- Its daily processing capacity increases to 4,000 ovines. It has a cooling capacity of 4,000,000 BTU in low and high pressure, six cooling tunnels, a maturation capacity of 4,000 carcasses, and a warehouse freezing capacity of 900 tons.
- The Patagonian sheep meat is consumed in the world's most demanding markets, including Portugal, Spain, Greece, and Italy, as well as England, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
