- A young producer group of North Hessian organic farmers focused on the production of a fine assortment of cold-pressed organic vegetable oils.
- Produces the finest regional organic oils from Northern Hesse characterized by a very characteristic taste, valuable ingredients, and special fatty acid patterns.
- Products include cold-pressed rapeseed oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, and poppy seed oil on a small scale.
- Gently cold press the oilseeds in a screw press, allow the oil to settle in tanks, and are then filled unfiltered.
- Has both domestic and traditional oil plants cultivated in the Chattengau fields according to organic guidelines and are supplied by selected organic farms with oil seeds the group cannot grow themselves.
