- Founded in 2006 in the province of Santiago del Estero, dedicated to providing the domestic and foreign market with top quality meat. - Located in the livestock heart of the country, with a total land area of 34 ha and a built-up area of 19K m². - Has a slaughter capacity of 1.000 animals/day, a cold store (chilling) capacity of 600 tns, a freezing capacity of 65 tns in 36 hours, and a cold store (freezing) capacity of 1,200 tns. - GMP and HACCP certified. - Constant training of producers, transport operators and employees in Animal Welfare. - Animals used for production come from establishments registered in SENASA (National Health and Agrifood Quality Service), ensuring traceability.
