-Established in 1940 in the Province of Mendoza, Argentina, the founder was one of the pioneers of fruit growing and viticulture in Mendoza. - Under his direction the company started with the packing and marketing of fresh fruit, followed afterward by the vine growing, olive groves and fruit plantations intended for fruit drying. - Long-Term Growth of its infrastructure was planned in order to add value to its own raw materials and work was carried out in the development of further products to reach new markets. - The company began making wine, preserving olives and drying plums in its own facilities, with a sustained investment plan and improvements over time. - Currently, it has integrated its operations as a producer, processor, and exporter of preserved olives and prunes. - Processing plant for preserved olives, equipped with selection, pitting and slicing lines for olives has an installed capacity of 1,500 tns/year, where green olives, pitted olives, and sliced olives are processed. - Prunes processing plant with an installed capacity of 1,000 tns/year, equipped with a Californian oven drying system and a tenderizing line and pitters where pitted and unpitted prunes are processed.
