Toasted Coconut (Golden)
- Always crispy, Golden Toasted® Coconut is uniformly toasted for a distinctive, sugar-roasted coconut flavor. Also available in unsweetened variants, all products are Kosher and Halal certified. It is used as a topping in confections such as cookies, ice cream, and doughnuts.

- Coconut flour - an off white to cream coloured powder produced from the residue of desiccated coconut cake material after the extraction of VCO.
- It is rich source of dietary fiber and has highest protein content of any flour.
- It has a very low level of digestible carbohydrates which makes it an excellent choice for consumers who want to restrict their intake of carbohydrates. With a natural nutty coconut flavour, it is gluten free and most suitable for gluten restricted diets.

- Suchero Coconut Sugar is a low glycemic organic natural sweetener and sugar substitute produced from carefully extracted organic coconut nectar.
- Coconut nectar is collected and cooked on slow heat to let the liquid evaporate until Suchero granules are formed.
- Coconut sugar is 100% natural, with no additives, no anti-fermenting agents, no preservatives and no chemicals.
- Suchero is unrefined, unfiltered and unbleached and provides a caramel like sweetness with no bitter aftertaste.

Desiccated Coconut

- Granulated - this full fat coconut product (65% minimum), is processed from freshly-picked mature Philippine coconut, with a maximum moisture content of 3.8%. Available in a broad range of granulations and sulphite levels as Extra Fine, Fine, Macaroon and Medium granulations.

- Special Cuts - produced from the same coconut material as our Granulated products and with similar properties, these full fat variants come in various larger special cut sizes such as Chip, Slices, Flake and Thread.
