Strawberries are grown under plastic hoops to minimize weather risks and also the soil is covered by plastic, so our strawberries never touches the soil

Medium ML Size: whole berries larger than 1 inch but up to 1 1/2 inches

Type/ Pack: These Berries are strawberries that were sorted-out by hand in order to have a final product matching a specific grade (normally grade A). These are berries irregular in size (no graded by size, all sizes blended), soft and mushy berries (grade B or C in character) , ungraded for color but with a high percentage red, etc. We add 27 parts of strawberries and 1 part of sugar.
