Within hours of harvest, coconuts are processed in our partner facilities, ensuring maximum freshness and nutrient preservation. After the fibers have been removed, the coconuts are cracked to get to the valuable coconut meat. Removing the moisture by drying ensures a longer shelf life. The meat is then cleaned, chopped and broken to prepare it for oil extraction.
