The fourth generation of the current owner owns Huile Gargouri, an olive grove that has been cultivated for generations since the 19th century. He cultivates 30,000 Shemlali olives on 400 hectares of land and presses 200 tons of extra virgin olive oil annually in his oil mill.
The olive trees that make up our olives are from the GARGOURI domain, which covers more than 400 hectares and has been owned by the same family since 1880. Their estate is run by organic principles, and only hand-picked olives are used.
The olives are boxed and transported to our oil mill, which is also owned by Domaine GARGOURI, as quickly as possible. A conveyor chain with a daily capacity of 45 tons is included in this modern oil mill.
The Société Agricole GARGOURI's olive oil extraction process ensures the following stages: crushing, pressing, clarification, and storage are all included.
