GonserBio is an agricultural company with a family tradition, and dedication to producing healthy products, with sustainable crops. It is a leading project of sustainable agriculture in Castilla la Mancha, a favorable location for the cultivation of fruit and vegetables thanks to its unique weather. It has experienced great growth, being a leader in the Bioproduction of Onion and Garlic, completing the offer with the production of Pumpkin, Tomato, Broccoli, Pepper, and fruits such as Melon and Watermelon.
Its care for its products and its good practices of sustainable crops allowed it to evolve towards having a more diversified product line with good quality and sustainability. It currently has 300 hectares of crops in production on a dozen farms selected to optimize production.
