Allium sativum, or garlic, is a tiny plant that has a significant influence. At first, the company had no clue how significant organic garlic would become until it first arrived in Waterbury, Vermont in 1979. Waterbury is a small, peaceful town located in the middle of the Green Mountains.
The company founded two adventure travel businesses and operated walking and cycling tours all over the world for 25 years. They made a joke about it to our visitors: "We go on excursions so we can eat amazing meals from all around the world."
