Gumutindo Coffee Co-operative Enterprises Ltd

They started off as only a few farmers in an unofficial organization, but they quickly advanced.

They created a new co-operative union in 2003 with the intention of improving the lives of its members in a sustainable way by selling their coffee in the most advantageous markets.

They are a group of 10,044 expert small-scale coffee farmers. On Africa's greatest extinct volcano, the beautiful Mt. Elgon in Eastern Uganda, they reside and carry out farming activities in the misty slopes and verdant highland valleys.
