Athanasios and Ermolaos Hatzisotiriou arrived in 1985 to expand and promote their father's invention with a new, energizing attitude. The Hatzisotiriou sons took over administration of the business and changed its trajectory using cutting-edge tools and technology. The business adopted its current name, Aqua Trade S.A., in 1995. In addition to its wholesale trading in fresh and frozen fish and seafood, Aqua Trade now processes other shrimp species (prawns, crayfish, and shrimps), broadening its operations and giving it a niche focus.
