In order to provide organic growers with a market for their high-quality grain and to supply home and professional bakers with high-quality flour, They established Heartland Mill in 1985. The combined objectives were to provide superior, healthy flour and grain to customers and to support the High Plains community of regenerative farmers working toward sustainable agriculture. They continue to support agricultural systems that assist in the creation and preservation of healthy soils and clean water, more than 35 years later, and we connect new generations of farmers and eaters.
