For more than a century, the Helbing Bakery has been making bread, rolls, and other treats. Baking is a skill. Although it may appear obvious at first, this is no longer the case everywhere. For craftsmanship means: making the dough, choosing the raw materials, and baking right out of the oven yourself. Their master bakers do exactly that. with a passion for the job, they are, therefore, the go-to baker for many of our clients.
They have continued the Eichsfeld handcraft legacy since 1912, growing it from a modest family enterprise to the contemporary handicraft bakery it is today.
They remain devoted to this custom. They remain true to their beginnings in the fourth generation and rely on the skillfulness of their staff, the regionality of their materials, sense of taste, even though the quantities and dimensions have changed.
They continue to grow their business by capitalizing on this fundamental concept. There are currently around 100 Helbing pastry kitchens in Thuringia and Hesse.
