Established in 1990, İpek Bulgur is located in Mardin, southeast of Turkey.Mardin is an important city in Mesopotamia, which has the most fertile soils in the world. The world's best quality bulgur wheat is grown on the Mesopotamian Plain. One of the main features of Mardin Bulgur produced from Durum wheat is its unchanging taste and aroma when cooked.
There are İpek, Tay, Çemeli, Erdoba, Kandahar and Marida brands sold under İpek Bulgur roof. Ipek Bulgur, with a capacity of 72,000 tons/year, exports to Middle East countries, European Union countries, America, Australia, Germany, Canada and Far East countries.
Ipek bulgur, whose current market is both domestic and international, has TSE Certificate, Food Production Permit, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System certificates.
