REFINED DEODORIZED COCOA BUTTER
Cocoa butter (HS-code 1804) mainly used for chocolate production and specific cosmetics and pharmaceutical applications.
Refined deodorized cocoa butter is pressed directly from the cocoa bean without grinding for cocoa liquor first. Refined butter is slightly softer than PPP. European chocolate producers blend refined butter at 25-35% in PPP butter. Higher quantities are used in applications such as molded shapes, coins, sprinkles, bonbons, spreads, coatings & fillings.
