Katsouras (traditional products) is a small rural business that has been making traditional products in Cyprus for a long time using techniques and methods that have been passed down through the generations. In the mountainous Pafos, the company is situated in an idyllic location close to the picturesque village of Galataria.
The company just moved into its brand-new, two-story light manufacturing facility. It has two completely separate processing units, one for making dairy products and one for making traditional grape juice products like soujoukos, palouzes, and kiofteria.
The family business has been dealing with the sale of local, traditional goods for the past 25 years. It only deals with dairy products like Easter Cheese, Anari, Halloumi, and Trachana. Palouze, Soutziouko, Kiofteria, Stafida, and Epsima are just a few of the grapes used in its production.
